Hi, I’m Vitu, the creator of Business English with Vitu, a practical, modern course designed to help learners confidently use the 2,000 most essential words and expressions that make up 80% of Business English.

 

I bring together business education, international teaching experience, corporate consulting expertise, global travel, and over 7 years of combined professional experience to make Business English simple, relevant, and immediately useful.

My Background

💼 Corporate and Consulting Expertise

Alongside teaching, I have built a career in Human Capital Management (HCM) as a software consultant, specializing in Talent Management systems.
I work with organizations to improve performance, hiring, training, and HR processes.

With over 7 years of combined experience in consulting and teaching, I have a deep understanding of the language used every day in:

  • Corporate communication

  • HR and performance reviews

  • Project and client management

  • Technology and software environments

I combined everything I learned from consulting, teaching, and traveling to build a Business English course that reflects real corporate communication, not textbook examples.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management, with a major in Global Management.
This foundation gives me a deep understanding of how companies operate across different industries and cultures, and it shapes the vocabulary, examples, and scenarios in this course.

🌍 Global Travel Experience

I have travelled to over 25 countries, exploring different cultures, workplaces, and communication styles.
Seeing how English connects people in business, travel, and daily life inspired me to create a course focused on real, practical communication.
My global experiences helped me understand the importance of clear, universally effective English in international workplaces.

🇨🇳 International Teaching Experience

I first started teaching English in Shanghai, where I saw how language skills can transform careers and confidence.
Later, I continued teaching virtually from Toronto, supporting learners across China and helping them communicate effectively in real-life business situations.

These experiences taught me that the best Business English is clear, practical, and context-based, which is exactly what this course delivers.

Why I Built This Course

I created Business English with Vitu because I saw the same challenges repeatedly:
